How much does it cost to work with rjk Design?

Turning ideas and dreams into a working plan is dificult enough. We like to keep the billing simple. We charg a low minimum for small projects and for larger projects it is based on the size of the home measured by square foot. We do not charge for consultation, comunication or changes during the design process.

Why not just work with a design/build firm?

When you work with a design/build firm you are locked in to working only with them. No competitave priceing as the builder retains ownership of the plan in most cases and will not allow others to bid using the plan. . When working with us, you own the plan and are free to get multiple bids on your project.

How long does it take to have a design done?

We will deliver a preliminary plan typicaly in a week and a half. From there most plans are finalized in two to three weeks.

How much does it cost to have you look at my project to see what is possable?

The first consultation is free. We are happy to meet on site or virtualy to discuss what is possable. We can even give you a rough estimat for what you would like to acheive.
